Periods of zazen\, and kinhin\, a Dharma talk\, and service. This half-day retreat will be led by Paravritti Doralee Grindler Katonah\, Valley Streams Zen Sangha’s leader of the meditation hall. At the conclusion\, we will enjoy our bag lunches and sharing gentle conversation. \nThis retreat is offered by donation. Please consider a donation between $20 – $40. Val Szymanski\, Head Priest of Bamboo in the Wind Zen Sangha in California. She was lay ordained in 2008 and priest ordained in 2019.
