One-day Sitting, led by So On Jim Hare

With this sitting, we will celebrate Dogen’s practice/realization, something that Elliot intuitively describes in his poem. Everyone is invited to join this day of sitting and walking meditation. There will be a Dharma talk and silent bag lunch (please bring your own lunch).
