We will celebrate Buddha’s birthday at our one-day sitting on April 5th, honoring the life of our original teacher in India, Shakyamuni Buddha. The day will proceed as usual with a morning Dharma talk and silent lunch (please bring a bag lunch). Around 3:30 we will have a special ceremony which includes chanting the Heart Sutra, followed by bathing the Baby Buddha.
