An event every month that begins at 8:30 am on day First of the month, repeating until January 1, 2025
On the first Saturday of every month, we offer a one-day retreat (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) or a half-day retreat (8:30 am-12:30 pm) which includes sitting and walking meditation, a Dharma talk and discussion period. Outside the meditation hall we will maintain noble silence. Please bring a bag lunch.
Tickets can be purchased below with suggested donation $20 -$60. No one will be excluded for lack of funds. If this will be your first retreat day with us or you have questions, please email: info@valleystreamszen.org
