Half-day sittings build “momentum” in our practice, though that momentum is often experienced as slowing down rather that speeding up. This retreat will include sitting and walking meditation, and a 40-minute yoga session led by Yvonne Shanks. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one at the studio.
Suggested donation is $20, but ability to donate is not a requirement for signing up.
