Note – during portions of the Dharma talk Rev. Lahey refers to an astronomical black hole and draws an analogy to the body-mind, inquiring, at times, “what if it not only does THIS but it does THIS?” During such inquiry, on the first THIS Rev. Lahey moves his hands from a starting point away from his body closer to his body at a point just below the navel. On the second THIS, Rev. Lahey moves his hands from the navel away from his body.
